Can I return my order?

Returns? No problem with us. We do ask you to do this within 14 working days. SneakerMood does not reimburse shipping costs, unless this has been discussed in advance. More information can be found here

When will I receive my purchase amount?

After receiving your return shipment, we will check it in our warehouse and the purchase amount will be refunded within 3 to 5 working days via your chosen payment method.

Can I exchange for a different size?

We understand that choosing the right size can be difficult. To help you with that, we have suitable advice for each brand on this page. Still ordered the wrong size and you want to receive a different size, no problem. Fill in the return form and state the desired size.

Can I return my order after trying it on?

When trying on your new sneakers, we would like to give you the following advice:

1. Indoor fitting

2. Leave accessories in the sneaker box

3. Before returning, make sure to wipe off any dust from the outsole with a damp cloth.

4. No damage to the sneakers (e.g. letters or logo on the insole faded).

This way it is no problem to try on and return your sneaker.

I just placed an order, but I still want to cancel it, is this possible?

Once payment has been made, it is unfortunately no longer possible to cancel your order.

The order confirmation will state your planned delivery date based on the time of order.

My size is out of stock, can I still order?

Unfortunately our sneakers are limited and therefore not always in stock, but through our international network we can still deliver your size with a slightly longer delivery time. Send us a message via Whatsapp

My product is damaged, what now?

First of all, apologies for this inconvenience!
