Returns at SneakerMood

Returning an item? No problem with us. However, we kindly ask you to do this preferably within 14 working days. SneakerMood does not reimburse shipping costs unless previously discussed.

Important points for returning:

  • The product must always be returned in new condition.
  • No wear marks on the insole or outsole that cannot be cleaned.
  • No damages to the sneakers (e.g., faded letters or logos on the insole).
  • A replacement box will not be accepted.
  • Hygiene products cannot be returned.
  • Items in our sale are final and will not be accepted unless discussed beforehand.

How is your return accepted?

  • Ensure the product contains all original aspects, such as laces, hangtags (SneakerMood tag), and other accessories.
  • Protect the product adequately to prevent damage during delivery.
  • Always include a packing slip or a form/paper with the ORD number for smooth processing of your return request.

Registering a return:

  1. Go to our customer service page.
  2. Fill in your details and mention your ORD (order number) in the "subject".
  3. Specify a reason for returning the order.
  4. Mention your desired action.
  5. Send your return to us using our return form.
