At SneakerMood, we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Here's what you can expect:
- Standard Delivery Time: 5 to 8 working days.
- Processing Time: A minimum of 4 working days is always required for processing your order.
- Shipping Time: The remaining time after processing.
Shipping Partners:
- Netherlands & Belgium: We ship via PostNL.
- Germany: Shipments start with PostNL and are handed over to Hermes for final delivery.
Costs:
- Standard Shipping: Free for orders over €120 in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. For orders below €120, shipping charges may apply.
- UPS: €24,99 (faster delivery option).
- DHL Express: €44,99 (for the quickest delivery).
Please note: The free shipping for orders over €120 does not apply to UPS and DHL Express shipments. Any international import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
